Spring 2009 Credit - Mind, Body and Health

Mind-Body Health courses will enhance your understanding of mind, body and spirit. Learn about conventional and complementary medical practices and the pathways to achieving optimal health. Earn a certificate of completion in mind-body health with a minimum of 16 credit hours of mind-body health classes and at least one service-learning project. A maximum of two courses in any one discipline (e.g., biology, English, psychology, etc.) will be counted toward the certificate.
