Mandatory orientation and physical assessments are required at the beginning and end of the semester. The orientation and pre-test is held on Friday, May 11 at 5:30pm or Saturday, May 12 at 8:00am or 10:30am in E122. Please dress out in workout attire for this physical assessment.
