 Defines the process of mediation, its history and development, and theories of conflict resolution and negotiation. This course fulfills the requirements of Senate Bill 1436 for mediation training in Texas. Students also learn how to be successful third party neutrals. Attend class 8:00am-5:00 pm* on May 19 (Thurs 5-9pm) 21 (Sat) 22 (Sun) June 2 (Thurs 5-9pm) 4 (Sat) 5 (Sun) *NOTE: Two hours in addition to those listed above are required for online or other activities outside the classroom
