CORE TIER 1 - Speaking, Listening, Wellness & the Human
Experience
All assignments will be on e-Campus beginning 8/21.
Introduction to wellness related concepts and activities for the
purpose of gaining knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate
personal fitness level and to develop a personal lifelong
fitness program. Activities include, but are not limited to:
aerobics, circuit training, muscular development, flexibility,
agility exercises, weight training and body composition.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Workout gear for assessments.
MANDATORY PRE-ASSESSMENTS: 9/2 OR 9/9 at 9:30am OR 12:30 pm OR
9/9 in F106.
