| ACNT 1372 Foundations of Accounting and Operations Disclosure is
not an upper division accounting course as defined by the TSBPA.
ACNT 1372 is a bridge course for students who are just
beginning studies in accounting. ACNT 1372 is a
Pre-Intermediate Accounting Course that utilizes the same
textbook for ACNT 1373 and ACNT 1374. ACNT 1372 is required for

| ACNT 2343 Accounting Theory is an upper division accounting
course as defined by the TSBPA. A student may not receive
credit for ACNT 2343 and a course of a similar title such as
Contemporary Accounting Issues or Advanced Theory and Problems
in Accounting. ACNT 2343 has an integrated one-hour accounting
research component within the course. Students are required to
meet a minimum of two-semester credit hours of accounting
research within the 30 required semester credit hours in
accounting to satisfy the accounting hours requirement. You can
