Spring 2016 Credit - Senior Adult

DCCC invites members of the community who are 50 years and over to join our growing learning community. To meet demand for lifelong learning, our Senior Adult Programs provide affordable, quality instruction and volunteer opportunities to stimulate you intellectually and physically and help you stay socially connected. Credit and noncredit classes are available during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. Our classes are stimulating and challenging, yet paced for your enjoyment.

 Windows/PC Tips, Tricks & Troubleshooting will address problems such as a slow-running PC; researching Windows and application errors; virus, spyware and malware removal; hard drive housekeeping; and hardware and software-based performance improvements. "Live, No Net" troubleshooting may be done in class on students' PCs (requires instructor preapproval). This course is for intermediate and experienced users of Windows 8, 7 or Vista. Suggested prerequisites: Parts I & II of Windows 8, 7 or Vista and proficiency in navigating the Windows interface and common functions.
