FLEX TERM STARTING 1/26/17 This course explores original Jazz
American genres and their corresponding performance practices
through the arranging and performance of masterpieces from both
the popular and artistic repertoire.
FLEX TERM STARTING 1/24/17 Digital Music is a group of chamber
instrumentalists read and perform literature for small
ensembles. This class has an emphasis on digital music using
virtual instrument technology (MIDI). This class has also been
designed to provide students with the necessary digital
recording techniques for a live or studio recording. This is a
practical hands-on course where the student will be using the
necessary equipment and software to record and perform digital
music.
