 SPAN 1300 is designed to compliment developmental reading (DREA) and writing (DWRI) courses and is encouraged for students who want to learn basic Spanish before taking SPAN 1311. This course is recommended for students who have not met TSI status. This section emphasizes basic grammatical concepts along with building meaningful vocabulary and developing reading, writing, and studying skills.
